RockArea continues to show us that the dawn light is just as valuable as that of sunset. Note the essential use of the foreground grass. Without the grass the picture would be nothing but with it the image has real depth.

A man went to the doctor complaining about a hearing problem.
The doctor said “describe the symptoms?”
The man replied “well Homer has a yellow face and Marge has blue hair.”

Good Morning everyone.

Despite all the weather forecasts over the last week it's still sunny and bright here. Another walk coming on I think.

A small lemon juice from the Coffee Counter please, and perhaps some cornflakes. The diet's coming on nicely 3 1/2 pounds lost this week. I'm feeling slimmer every minute - if not looking it.  Smiley

Have a lovely day out with the Ayr contingency Karen.

See you all later.
   Bye

Art is a selective re-creation of reality according to an artist's metaphysical value-judgments. An artist recreates those aspects of reality which represent his fundamental view of man's nature. So now you know!

Hi everyone

I'm exhausted from watching the London Marathon on TV. I think I've beaten my personal best this year by only missing about an hour of it. Run

Thanks to you all for your votes making my Misty Teign PotD. It came as quite a surprise as I'd been lying in reading the Sunday paper before I checked in to see who'd got it today. Maybe they should have moved it to the westcountry, we seem to have much cooler and breezier weather today, which I'm sure would have been more pleasant for the runners.

Must run off to B&Q now for some blades for the strimmer then if it stays dry I'll run the lawnmower over the grass.

Have a good day whatever you're doing.

David
