The Cafe is pre-eminently a family photographic site.  Our dear friend Cliff was a great family man and we have mourned his passing along with the family. This is a small and grateful tribute to his memory. Please take time to reflect on his contributions to the Cafe by viewing some of his favourite images here and in his gallery.  Thumb Up

.

Oh this is good to see!
It may because I visited his home (but sadly never met him) and viewed his great paintings, and because I know he liked a drop. But for me

SOME OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS
seems to let us in to his window.

RIP mate

Okay, now I'm crying again!
Some of these shots show us Cliffs talent as a photographer and artist and some his gentleness and some his humour (Making Pigeon Pie!?!).
Gee I do miss him. XXX

I have only just found this and agree its a great tribute. I could always rely on chat with Cliff most nights and comments on my pics - he was a lovely man and I miss him more than words can tell. Not a day goes by without something pops up to remind me of a very dear friend not only to me but to many on the cafe. I even looked today in my folder of drafts and saved emails (I had either copied some because they had useful information I may wish to refer back to) - or they are mails sent to me and I found one such  email sent by Cliff I couldnt believe my eyes. I am sure he is watching over the cafe and friends he made and miss him YES I do  Sad
