Photo Parade is a feature of the Cafe where we highlight a member's work that is displayed in their gallery on our site. This Parade features a selection of the work of Tusker aka John Weems, one of our USA members.
We do hope that you will enjoy viewing his well observed images as shown in the following post. We know that you'll tell us which is your personal favourite and why, and please congratulate John.

John your work is fantastic! What a joy to see this selection I particularly like your Cherry Blossoms and Sunset Bay (how brave to do a sunset in B&W....), but my favourite of all these is Floating By. "If there is magic in this planet it is contained in water " (Loren Eiseley) and that has plenty of magic about it. As Chippy says, your images are beautiful and beautifully observed. Most inspiring. I hope you will treat us to some more of what you have been doing since your last visit here. Congratulations on your parade.

Lovely set of photographs - October Milkweed Pod is my favourite, although this was not an easy decision given the superb quality of the other photographs!

I can see that you are truly into nature photography. My favourite is "SUMMERS DELIGHT" which almost seems 3D.

EVERYONE! Thank You so very much for your kind accolades. I wish I had more to offer, but after losing most of my album a while back the air was sort of let out of my enthusiasm. to make things worse, Apple has of recent pulled our mobil me web sites and I have yet to figure out just how to put up another site with out having t spend 3 grand. I have however just returned from an 11,030 mile camping trip and have a few choices I would like to share, although the wildlife was not up to my expectations. THANK YOU again to everyone, and THANK YOU to Chippy for this honor. Best, J. R. Weems AKA Tusker

Great "Photo Parade", Tusker! Pat and I have driven by that old tree in the fog twice now and each time there are a few less limbs.
My favorite, though, is "Summer's Gift" as it brings back so many memories of fishing for bass and pickerel in the lily pads back in the late 40's. My parents had a cottage on Cobbets Pond in Windham New Hampshire and the lily pads were one of our favorite fishing places over by Bella Vista Beach! Thanks for the memories, Tusker!

Congratulations Tucker
What a stunning Parade, Photos to be proud of, I was asked to do this a few years back, how nerves I felt, not been taking photos long, after all the comments I got, how proud I felt as you should be as well,
This a beautiful Parade, may type of images
