Hei Rich Smiley

It would be my pleasure to have a go at it for you Smiley
I will send you a personal message with my email address and you can mail the original.
I'll have a go over the weekend when I get a chance Smiley

I don't know what software you have at your disposal but the spot healing tool in Photoshop seems to do a pretty good job

used a combination of the patch tool and healing brush ... ran a touch of noise reduction to knock back some of the overall harshness and to soften a touch.

Ok, So Rich mailed me the original, which I have mailed back Wink

I used the clone tool, and then the blur tool.
Worked on the scar, and the the white bits around the nose and eyes.
