Today 1-29-13 We photographed the following in the back yard.  The Red-wing Blackbirds have been hard to capture as they fly off at the slightest movement.  Smaller groups have been around for the past few weeks but this is the first capture.    This video is 1:27 minutes long and the link is      https://vimeo.com/58471961
Hope you enjoy!

This past week I reworked the pool garden and put the feeders and bird bath in it.  Before then the feeders were to close to the house and every time we moved around inside it would scare them away.  The movie clips & photos were taken by FZ-100, FZ-200, and P510.  The birds in this video were all seen in the back yard during the past week.

Hi Larry.
Great video. Thanks for sharing  Thumb Up

I think th reason your Crow wanted the bark is because it is full on tiny insects  and by soaking it they will crawl out .
