Photo Parade is a feature of the Cafe where we highlight a member's work that is displayed in their gallery on our site.
We do hope that you will enjoy viewing Ed's marvellous photographic skills as shown in the following post and we know that you'll tell us which is your personal favourite and why and congratulate him!

Congrat's on being Paraded ED, well deserved. The variety & skill shown in this selectionis a joy to look at. I love Moonbase & Jesmond Falls, both being outstanding examples of two different techniques. I wish I was young enough to get down for the Falls shot ( Ah Well)!! We must meet up soon! HH

What an impressive collection that shows good decisions on when to use strong colour, B&W and every strength in-between.

As someone old enough to remember when there was ONLY black & white, I love color and appreciate your excellent black & whites (especially "Dream a Little Dream"). My favorite is full of color: "Twilight on Tyne". As a life long artist my mind goes wild with how to mix all those colors! Love the humor of "Daisy", and think you have a great assortment of photos!

thank you all for your kind comments and to chippy for thinking my shots were worthy of being paraded ... (dunno what has happened to the Jesmond Fall shot, it seems to have been stretched from a landscape format shot to portrait format.)

Thanks Chocky .. I noticed that one too, the moon does look a little egg shaped ... lol ... Quite a few of them are a little distorted from how they show in my gallery

Big apologies, Ed. There was a bit of stray coding in there. I've fixed them I think. What a wonderful lineup of photos to view. I think my favorite is the moon shot and also the falls. But all are stupendous!!!

A splendid selection which shows a wonderful breadth to your enjoyment of the art of photography, Ed. Thank you so much for sharing your super images here at I love your Sky at Night and also the colourful Twilight on the Tyne, and your tribute to John Lennon is magic.

A brilliant parade Ed. Think my favourites have to be Jesmond Falls and All Saints although I like them all.

Excellent selection of images! They're all terrific in their own way. I think I favor "Dream a Little Dream" but I also like "The Sky at Night" and "Postcard From St. Mary's ". I've always admired your work Ed. You're a super inspiration to us less experienced photographers.
