Art is a selective re-creation of reality according to an artist's metaphysical value-judgments. An artist recreates those aspects of reality which represent his fundamental view of man's nature. So now you know!

yea it's exciting for me!!   our old house is getting a complete job done,,  right now the exterior is getting new windows and nice siding,,  so it'll be pleasing to look at, then later on, after the snow comes we're doing a major interior job,,   basically going to gut the house, but our house has an attached 1 bedroom apartment,, and I'm not renting it out anymore, we've had too many problems with tenants,,  so I thought I would set something up for fun,,  and see where it goes,,   it's not a bad size, and has everything I'll need!!   now I just got to get something figured out for backdrop holders,,   and I'm off to the races!!    2funny

Depends - since we don't know which country (still no flag on the Member map) it could be American, Australian, Canadian or some other dollars. Also, what's in the kit? Does it include the backdrops? Are they lamps or flashes?
Lots of factors affect the price.

That would be great for portraits and product shots - and, if the stuff holds up under use well, a steal too, assuming that it is in US dollars - but will your deer stand still long enough? Grin

Here is a site that may give you some ideas on the backdrop holder - WWW.DENNYMFG.COM

Have seen thier products and those seemed of good quality
To get the wrinkles out of my backdrop - used a steam wand like for clothes.

Jessops are currently doing an offer on a similar flash kit.  About £250 if I recall correctly.

I know this is quite late, but it may help someone else. I have a background drop stand, but I liked to travel light when shooting at weddings and on location, so I would often use Gaffers tape to put up backdrops on the wall. That way, there is no extraneous light that can come through from behind! Gaffers tape will not mar the finish on the wall either...
