Have fun Chris  Smiley

Oh and Jenny-I keep forgetting to tell you but I watched a programme on Channel4 a while ago and it was all about how Marmite is made! How good is that! Marmite and they all had helmets on with the Marmite logo on-I want one!
Not a lot of people realise the risks involved if you like Marmite!

I always make sure I pop my helmet on before I spread it on a slice of toast... Grin

Was that the one one where they scrape all the clag off the brewing vats and put it in the marmite jars?

That rings a bell. I think I heard that on a radio programme.  Smiley

Oh Geoff, you'll look good in the back & red one!!    2funny

Just rummaging around in your tea cabinet to see if you any red marzipan tea... great stuff!! Lots of anti-oxidants in this brew and very mild.  Like it with some rose hips in it as well...

Took a little walk for an hour down at Pottersburg creek which is only a couple of blocks from my house.  Need to burn off a few calories from the decadent brownies I made the other night.  Has three different chocolate pieces in it - milk, semi-sweet and dark -- decadent it definitely is!!   Roll Eyes  Half of it is gone already!!!  I suppose I should put some out on a plate for some of you as well....

The city has started to build a little skateboard park next to the creek up on a slight hill so it won't get flooded in the spring.  Sure hate to see all that nice green grass disappear!!  But apparently they are putting it next to the road so the police can keep an eye on it for vandalism... shall be interesting to see how it develops.  Should have brought along my camera!!  Undecided

Anyways, going to check out the gallery now and see what votes I can place for potd.

Cheers all!!  Thumb Up

Good morning from Scotland.......I think October has arrived here tickedoff It sure feels like it. Brrr!!! Hope your finding it better. Smiley

OK, Geoff has the morning off. Iv laid out all the mugs, so help yourself. Tea and coffee are waiting ready for you. Also specially for Ross i have some "red marzipan tea". If anyone else wants to try it feel free. Personally i will stick with real tea.  Smiley Poached eggs on toast this morning awaits you all. Hope you enjoy. Smiley
A skate park close by....I think that might be a good opportunity for some street candids with action. We have one, but it isn't anywhere near me. Its in town. Some of the stunts achieved are amazing. Unfortunately there is the vandalism element. Hopefully that will be minimal....

OK off to work for me,,, yippee its Friday..........

Bassington's POTD is a sandwich of light. With (I presume) a set of filters, he has captured the foreboding nature of the clouds and added an extra 'remoteness' to those stone circles.

I wish Google Maps had an "Avoid Ghetto" routing option.

Good morning everyone

I think I'll stick with the standard Rosie Lee please Karen and the poached eggs on toast sound like just the job.

I'd intended going out on an early morning shoot this morning but when the alarm went off I changed my mind. Shame, it was a lovely morning too. Should have got myself to bed earlier, I suppose.

With Bank Holiday weekend on us in the UK it doesn't look as if we'll have a scorcher but I don't think it'll be too bad for all the holiday makers wending their way down to this part of the country. I can see the main coast road in the distance and the traffic seems to be building up so I'll avoid going out very far this afternoon particularly.

I hope you have a good day and a good weekend if you're off anywhere.

See you later.

Well I'd quite like the black and red one too, but if Geoff insists on it I'll take the mauve one please Karen. Hope we get the high heels to go with them, and of course, the fluffy duster.
